We from BP Mirante believe that the visits to our patient can contribute towards their recovery in a relevant way. It is an important and much awaited time, both for patients and for family members and friends.

Visiting hours in the rooms:
Every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

Visiting hours at the ICU:
Every day from 11:30 am to 12:00 noon; from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm; and from 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Who can visit the patients?

All family members and friends of the patient are welcome to visit them. Admission of children less than 12 years of age is allowed if previously scheduled with the nursing team; otherwise, the visit will not be permitted.

What food to take?

Without prior authorization from the dietician’s team and the doctor, bringing food to the patient is not allowed. External services of food delivery are not permitted within the hospital.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises of the hospital is forbidden. We recommend that you get information from your healthcare plan as to coverage regarding meals for the companion.

Recommendations

  • Identify yourself at the reception;
  • Use the badge in all hospitals facilities;
  • Respect the visiting hours and the quantity of visitors indicated by BP Mirante;
  • Enter and exit, mandatorily, through the Main Reception;
  • Wash your hands before and after visiting the patient;
  • Avoid making visits if you have a cold or an infectious disease;
  • Consult the nursing team as to the entry of electronic devices.
